Listed in the order we'll be hiring. All positions are W-2 (not gig) with paid mileage and uniforms.
The role at the heart of our service. You'll drive a route of 8–14 yards per day, clean them to our spec, photograph the work, and treat every customer like they're your only one. Pay starts at $22/hr plus mileage, with a fast track to lead technician.
Answer texts and emails. Solve problems before they become ones. Make every customer feel like they have a person on speed-dial. If you've ever wished a service company had treated you better, this is your chance to build that company.
Optimize our daily routes, juggle weather reroutes, handle last-minute add-ons. You like puzzles. You like making people's day easier. Software-savvy a plus.
